Yes, we offer a full range of different company structures. We provide a free Ltd company with most packages, but for additional fees, we can also incorporate Charity Companies, Limited by Guarantee and Limited Liability Partnerships. For Charity Companies there will be additional costs (not for profit) and we would request you speak to our team to discuss your requirements.
A Person of Significant Control (PSC for short) is a requirement, and all companies must now have a PSC registered. This is often the same person as the director/shareholder.
A company secretary is no longer required when incorporating a new UK company.
We would recommend checking directly with Companies House to see if the desired name is available.
Tip: if you want to build a website for your new company, you may want to check if the domain name you desire is also available. This can be done through a website like www.wizzhosting.co.uk.
We would always recommend issuing 1 share at £1.00; this choice is the most widely adopted initial value. However, we can of course issue shares at your desired value, but if you are unsure, we would advise speaking to a qualified accountant before, as any decisions you make now may have an impact later on down the line.
