When you purchase our Call Handling Service we will request information from you in order to provide your callers the best possible experience. We will request your business information such as trading activities, website address and key information. Further to this we will request you to confirm your preferred caller greeting and how you would like us to handle your calls. You can choose from message taking, where our professional staff take a message and forward this electronically to you. Alternatively you can choose call transfer, this is where our staff answer your calls and greet your client, we then inform the caller we are going to see if “you” are available, if you answer and confirm you are free to take the call, the caller is then seamlessly transferred to you, however if you do not answer or you confirm you are not available then we simply take a message and forward onto you.

When your telephone number is called, our professional team answers the call in your chosen greeting and then either answers basic questions, or takes a message, or transfers the call live onto your chosen number (deposit required for live call transfer). If you are not available or we are taking messages on your behalf, we would normally obtain the caller’s details and then message you the details so that you can call or message back at a more convenient time.
Yes, we are able to transfer calls live to your phone (a deposit is required for this service). Our team will greet your client and then attempt to transfer the call live to you. If you are not available, the team will take the caller’s details and forward this immediately to you, but if you are available, the call will be transferred live to your phone.
We provide a professional prime London 020 number with our service, alternatively you can use your own existing number. If you prefer to use your own telephone number simply setup a redirect to the number we provide and our team can start handling your calls.
Our call handling service has been expertly designed to allow you to carry on with your day to day operation whilst confidently knowing that you have a team of expert call handlers taking calls on your behalf. We also do not charge per call and offer unlimited calls included with our packages. This is subject to our fair usage policy. On average our clients receive between a range 30-100 calls per month.
