We do offer a long term discount package. The price is from  £2.00  per month (0.50p p/w) and is for the virtual registered office address package with a 48 month term. This is a great package for the use of a prestigious mailing address for your registered office. We do require payment upfront. This is suitable for our business clients, if you would like more information please email ku.oc.eciffo-latipac@selas this is an on line offer not available via call centre. Postage is payable for forwarding mail to your address.

Is website hosting included?

Yes website hosting is included, we provide 6 months free hosting then £6.41 per month. You can leave the hosting after 6 months and change to a different provider, there is no charge for leaving us.

Is a domain name included?

Yes we include a domain name, co.uk or .com. The first year is free, then we charge £23.99 per annum for the domain.

Will i be able to edit the website myself?

Unless we have quoted for a CMS system, which means Content Management System, you will not be able to edit the site yourself. We would always inform you before hand in writing that we are constructing a CMS system if we agree to do this. If you do want this, please contact us today.

How much does it cost to forward post on to me?

We frank all post first class, Franking is cheaper than Royal Mail postage cost. The cost of a standard first class letter franked is 0.47 p where as Royal Mail First Class is 0.60p.

Do you charge for parcel storage?

We dont charge for parcels under the size of 70mm x 220mm.

However we do charge for parcel storage over this size. We charge only £2.00 for the first 3 days, then £2.00 per day per parcel.

We do not charge you for unexpected callers who turn up to your mail address. Many companies will charge for this service, we do not.

How much does it cost to divert a call to my phone?

We charge 0.165 pence per minute for UK mobiles, and only 0.95 pence per minute for landlines.

How are my calls handled?

We can either take a message on your behalf, explaining to client you are in a meeting or out with a client. We can be very specific or we can use our imitative to make it sound realistic and convincing. We would then drop a message into your voicemail, you would get an email alert with the voicemail message we have just left you.

The other option is to actually divert the call to your own phone, our professional PA’s would answer the call and greet your client, and then divert the live call direct to your telephone number. This would give the impression you are in the same office, as they would not know their call is being diverted.
